The Now Academy’s Heartbeat platform serves as our always-on digital campus where students, parents, and teachers stay connected through courses, conversations, events, and live support.
How It Works
Parents, teachers, hybrid students, and homeschool students each have their own dedicated space.
Assignments, lesson modules, and curriculum materials live here, organized and accessible.
Daily conversations, Q&A, and peer collaboration spaces keep learning social and interactive.
Info sessions, Cultural Exchange Days, Winter Festival sign-ups, all posted and managed in Heartbeat.

We make sure students are never left guessing:
- Hybrid: Office Hours available every at-home day (Tuesday & Thursday afternoons).
Flexible Learning Pathways: Weekly coaching blocks + portfolio feedback sessions.
- Parents: Dedicated “Parent Hours” for curriculum support, technical guidance, or questions.
Security & Expectations
Your child’s safety and privacy come first.
- Moderation: All chats and events are monitored by staff.
- Civility: Respectful communication is a non-negotiable. We model the values we teach: honesty, integrity, and service.
- Privacy: Accounts are password-protected; no outside participants allowed. All student work stays within the Academy’s private Heartbeat campus.
