How We Use Photos and Media

• School-wide events such as the Winter Festival and Graduation

• Digital platforms, including our website, newsletters, and official social media channels
• Internal training and professional development

Consent Options for Parents/Guardians

Upon enrollment, parents/guardians will be asked to select one of the following:

1. Full Consent: Allows The Now Academy to use the student’s image, voice, and work samples in print, digital, and social media for educational and promotional purposes.
2. Limited Consent: Allows use for internal purposes only (e.g., classroom portfolios, private school communications), but not for public marketing.
3. No Consent: No photos, videos, or work samples of the student will be used by The Now Academy, except where required for official documentation.

Privacy and Protection

• Students’ full names will never be shared publicly without explicit parental consent.
• Images will be used respectfully and in alignment with our values.
• Parents may change their consent option at any time by submitting a written request to the school office.
